What you need:

  • 24-30 Ice Cream Cups or Gluten Free Cake Cups
  • Package of White Fondant (Follow Directions on Package)
  • Chocolate Icing: Eyes/Mouth

Recipe Instructions:

Smooth out the white fondant enough to cover the Joy ice cream cone (follow directions on the fondant package). Place the cone so the rim is facing down on a cookie sheet. Cover the ice cream cone with fondant. Pinch the fondant towards the top of the cone and work your way down the sides of the cone to make the formation of a ghost. Dip a tooth pick in chocolate icing to form the eyes and mouth. enJOY!

  • Bag of Pretzels
  • Marshmallows
  • Favorite Chocolate Candy


Fill waffle cone with desired amounts of toppings.

Wrap cone with foil. Place over the campfire for about 3-5 minutes, on a heated grill for 5-6 minutes or in the oven at 375° for about 5-8 minutes until toppings are melted.

  • One Box of Brownie Mix or your Favorite Recipe
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cleaned Cut Strawberries

Recipe Instructions:

Prepare your favorite brownie mix according to directions. Let cool. Cut small pieces of brownie. Fill each Joy cake cup to the rim of the cone.

Top with strawberries and cool whip; add sprinkles if desired.

Football Bowl Directions:

Depending on what method you prefer, you can either bake the brownie/cake mix in the waffle bowls or bake the brownie/cake mix separate. Once cool, cut the brownies/cake into round pieces to fit in the waffle bowls. Frost the brownie/cake. Add sprinkles around the outside of the frosted brownie/cake pieces. Finish with white icing and sprinkles.

*Please note: Baking in the waffle bowls will change the texture and shape of the bowls.

Basketball Bowl Directions:

Fill a piping bag with white icing. Hold the waffle bowl while piping the sides to make it look like a basketball net. Cut the Fruit by the Foot in half and wrap it around the outside rim of the waffle bowl to make the rim of the basketball hoop. Cut the excess Fruit by the Foot off to where the two ends meet. Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle hot fudge over the ice cream. Take a sugar cookie covered in orange icing with black lines to make the basketball and stick it in the center. enJOY!

Joy Mini Cup Party Cones

Re-create these delicious party cones in a couple easy steps!

What you need:

  • Joy Mini Cups
  • Small Donut Holes and/or Regular Sized Marshmallows
  • Sprinkles- Silver and Multi-Coloredminicups
  • Cake Deco’s (Eyes/Buttons)
  • Slices of Gumdrops: Nose
  • Xtreme Sour Straws: Earmuff Band and Mouth
  • Hard Coated Candy Pieces: Earmuffs
  • Icing or Melted Chocolate- White, Chocolate, Pink
  • Red Coated Candy Pieces: Cherry for on top of the Sundae Cups

First, place frosting in the inside of the mini cup to securely adhere the donut hole/marshmallow to the mini cup.  Melted chocolate works well for this step as well.

Recipe Instructions:
Prepare your favorite cake mix according to directions. Fill each Joy cake cup approximately 2/3 full.
Place filled cake cups in ice cream cupcake baking tray or muffin pan and place in oven.
Bake 15-20 minutes in a preheated 350°oven, testing for doneness w/a toothpick in the center.
Cake will mound slightly. Frost generously when cool; decorate as desired.

  • Planting Soil
  • Seeds you would like to plant

Instructions: Fill cones with potting soil. Follow directions on seed packet to place seed at correct depth in soil. Find a place in the garden to plant the cones. Cover and water.

Ice cream cones are biodegradable. They are the perfect way to help start a small garden.

Spring “Dirt” Cones

Total Time: Approximately 45-50 Minutes Makes: 24-30 Servings

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Favorite “Dirt Recipe”
  • Crushed up Chocolate Cookies
  • Orange Fondant
  • Circus Peanuts
  • Sour S’ghetti: Stem

Recipe Instructions:

Dip the Joy ice cream cones in orange fondant up to the rim. Put the cones on a metal cookie sheet to dry. In the meantime, prepare your favorite “Dirt” recipe according to directions. Once the fondant is dry, fill each Joy cake cup with the “Dirt” mix to the rim. Sprinkle the crushed up cookie crumbs on top of the “Dirt” ingredients until covered. Cut the top off a circus peanut. Stick the circus peanut into the top of the cone filled with recipe contents. Cut two 1’ sections of s’ghetti straw. Stick into the top of the circus peanut.
